Boston Cream Pie Bites

Oh my word these bites are amazing. Yellow cake with pudding filling and chocolate frosting!

Make the bites using a homemade yellow cake recipe or a box mix. Let cool and take out of pan.

Filling Recipe-1 pkg (4 oz) Jello instant pudding
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 c cold milk
3 1/2 c (8 oz) cool whip
Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in mixer. Beat slowly 1 minute. Fold in cool whip. Use immediately.

Chocolate Topping- 10 oz chocolate chips
1 c cream
Melt chips and cream in sauce pan on low. Add more cream if needed. Whisk continuously. Allow to cool then spread on top of bites.
