Weekly Fitness Challange and Bible study workout

This is the workout for Week 2. You will need a set of light weights. I would suggest 2-5 pounders would work well for most people.  Do this workout 2-3 times a week. If you enjoy this workout feel free to use my other workouts in the series to become more toned.
