Portion size

So how did you do? Want the answers?

Tennis ball- Rice or pasta
Deck of cards- Meat
Golf ball-peanut butter, jam, salad dressing
Mouse-baked potato
Dominoes- cheese
Average woman's fist- 1 cup

 It has been a little hectic around our house for awhile. Last week seemed a little worse for me emotionally. I couldn't figure out why, then it dawned on me....I forgot to take my SLIM! I didn't have as much energy and also my blood sugar was totally out of whack. As soon as I realized my mistake I opened my packet, poured it in my water bottle and drank it. Wow! I feel so much better. I can't believe how much of a difference SLIM makes!
